BELLISSIMA MUSIC ACADEMY

Piano, Violin & Viola Lessons in Palm Beach County

Guidelines

Registration Form

Cancellation Policy

Regular attendance is important for students' progress. Missed lessons due to student absence are generally not required to be made up; however, make-up lessons may be offered at the teacher's discretion when scheduling allows.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required if you need to cancel a lesson.

Payment of Fees

Tuition is due at the beginning of each month before lessons begin.

After acceptance into the studio, you will receive our Studio Policy and payment information.

Fees for piano accompanists for recitals, performance classes, and/or lessons are not included in tuition and should be paid directly to the accompanist.

Recital Policy

Students are expected to participate in student recitals. Recitals represent the culmination of 12–13 weeks (or more) of preparation and serve as an opportunity for students to demonstrate what they have accomplished.

Formal attire is required for all recitals.

Students who have missed more than two lessons during a semester may not be eligible to participate in the recital.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for missed lessons, and lessons may not be carried over to another month.

Refunds are considered only under extraordinary circumstances and require prior approval. If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 days.

Dismissal Policy

Bellissima Music Academy reserves the right to dismiss any student due to lack of interest, excessive absences, excessive tardiness, behavioral problems, nonpayment of tuition, or failure to comply with Academy policies.
